Lighting--- A normal household incandesent bulb. Also and most important a UVB emitting bulb(made for reptiles) no other.

Food--- feed as many as he can consume within 10 min. 2-3 times per day. Dust with Rep-cal on one meal per day 6 days per week, on the 7th Dust one meal with a multi-vitamin (Herptivite)

GREAT site to goin!!! :)

A 3 month old bearded dragon will be eating between 50 and 100 crickets a day. The crickets should be no bigger than the space between his eyes to avoid impaction. A fresh salad should be offered daily, though many babies won't eat them really well until a bit older. They need a heat bulb, with a digital probe themometer taped to the basking spot to measure temps, and the temps for a baby should be 105F for 12 hours a day. They need a reptile UVB bulb like Reptisun 10.0 or Reptiglo 8.0. Do not use coil bulbs. The UVB needs to be within 12 inches of the basking spot and left on 12 hours a day. Timers are best for lights so that a normal day/night cycle is established. No night heat or light is needed or recommended--they need a dark cool period at night. Mist him daily and do baths/soaks every other day while a baby to keep hydrated. Do NOT use any kind of sand or other loose substrate with baby dragons (or adults for that matter). Give him all the crickets he wants. Make sure you dust them in calcium first, and gutload them for about a day beforehand. And let him eat other things besides crickets too. Mine LOVES to jump on houseflies. She is my best fly swatter!
