Dr. Phil was censured in the state of Texas for having inappropriate sexual contact with one of his patients, which resulted in him losing his license as a therapist in that state. His patient filed a complaint against him, which is how it came to light. After he lost his license to be a therapist he became a jury consultant, which is how he met Oprah, and the rest is history. As an aside, it is well known that Dr. Phil is a philanderer and has cheated on Robin many times over the course of their marriage. She is a sweet lady, but she gets made fun of a lot because she insists on staying with him and putting up with his infidelities.

There actually is a justice system which is using enormous public funds to decide who is guilty or not.
Your question implies that "accused or indicted" equals guilty.
The justice system is very effective in discarding cheap, emotional accusations, such as yours.

Let's see here, I am seeing a bunch of lowlife comments about a man who is doing good for all involved. Is your life so miserable and dull that you have to make things up about Dr. Phil? i really like how he is sooooooooooo mad at the Drunk lady because the husband beats her to a pulp everyday in front of the kids everyday.then takes his step kid in out to the garage to do god knows what in anger all caught on film and dr Phil asks ''did you do that because you knew the cameras were not there?.â¥â¥â¥what a 2 face a*shole

haha. the first answer made me laugh because I don't think he understood your question.
most of what you here is not true. that being one of them. he has always been a doctor and never arrested (you can google it) someone created that rumor in a tabloid, and as tyra says (the princess of talk shows), tabloids are usually never right, so don't listen to them.

I think there was some talk a few years ago of sexual harassment, but it was unfounded. Basically, the woman lied.
