I had no clue so I began my search and this is what I found.
They grow from rhizomes, a fleshy underground stem. In Spring they produce a tall (12-inch) flower stalk with white flowers and then set seed.
************************************
They can also reproduce by the rhizome growing and splitting.>> (One reference stated that Venus Fly Traps have a maximum of 7 leaves.)<<<
Aahaa! The clue below..............
If a plant has more than this it's supposed to indicate that the rhizome has split and the plant is actually two or more plants

Below is the link this guy did a lot of research about this plant and you will benefit from reading it.

I had a 50-percent success rate. Then one day I was in Toys-R-Us and found the following Bug Vacuum gun:
MAYBE IT'S GETTING READY TO FLOWER!/SEE PHOTO
What do the different flowering phases look like?

Do you have a picture? It's obviously something growing, whether it's a baby flytrap or some other volunteer plant from a seed that somehow ended up in the soil. You can always wait for it to grow and find out.

The chances are it's just new growth from your venus flytrap, keep an eye on it and if it gets much bigger than the parent then it'll be a rogue seed. A photo would help, but don't panic.

I'm afraid it is impossible to tell exactly what it is without a picture. From my experience the new mouths look just like the mature ones only in miniature. Here is a pic that shows new ones with the mature ones.

If the plant in question does not look like these then it is probably a weed or some other plant seed was in the soil.

Good Luck
