I am pretty sure this can be done as there are companies that do this as Christmas gift ideas to give away. They will take a bottle of wine and engrave your company information on it.... I'm guessing they don't make their own wine and buy stuff that is bottled already.

Contact an engraver or trophy store and I'm sure they will be able to tell you for certain.

Yes. It can be sandblasted through a mask or etched with a diamond point or engraving tool or with etching cream. Keeping the label on during cleaning, etc., may be a problem. Look under glass - engraving and glass -sand blasting or glass - decorative
