This kid at my school said he did, but I don't really believe him.

If he is still in school he didn't do it. He would be in Juvenile or boot camp maybe even jail depending on his age

Expulsion and a jail sentence is the appropriate punishment.

I wouldn't believe this kid either because I doubt he'd still be on the streets if he'd stabbed a teacher. He'd in a juvenile jail somewhere.

Juvenile detention or jail, I would imagine. At the very least, suspension.

If the kid do the deed, then it would not take long to verify whether he was involved or not. You would be a likely wittiness, in knowing him.

He would be in juvinal (sp?) detention until he was 21. The real question is why is he saying that?
