I go in to court time after time I have done everything to get my judge changed and nothing happens The 1 time the judge asked me to give the ex 500 dollars back so he can find a car Ridiculous He just modified the order to pay 225 for each child The judge does not enforce him that he has to find a payroll job With more than 15 years of experience of being a contractor he tells the judge he works for 8.50 AND the judge is fine with it Time to take action in my own hands I'm tired of him getting away with all of this It's time to go after the company he works for Every deadbeat dad works for this company because they know how this company lies

I can imagine how furious you must be, and I totally sympathize with you. However... having talked to many people like you in the work I do, I've come to the conclusion that the lucky ones are those who have NO contact with the deadbeat, and have moved on, figuring out a way to support their children on their own. There is a lot to be said for the peace and quiet, and lack of fighting. You are better off without him, and there are government programs to help you raise those children. I suggest you use what is available to single mothers, and be glad you don't have to put up with HIM all the time. Let the state go after him when you have signed up for Medicaid.

Whatever the judge originally ordered him to pay is what he is supposed to be paying regardless of what he makes now. If he too far in arrears, soon they will catch up to him and will be ordered to pay back child support. There is not much you can do unless you want to fork out some money for a good attorney

You should go after the company with a civil suit or file a complaint with the better business bureau. They will definietely look in to how they do business. If they violate any working laws they can be shut down and your ex will be forced to find a payroll job.

Call the IRS. Tell them his name and ssn, and everything you just told us. They might audit him. If he is working for cash, likely he isn't paying his taxes.... and that's naughty.
