My doctor switch me from yasmin to loestrin 24fe. Just wanted some thought from people who have taken this birth control. Does it make you gain weight? Are your periods really 2 to three days? I would appreciate any insight. Thank You!

I've heard from some women that tried this product that they found it did make their period shorter.
Yes, this pill could potentially cause weight gain but that weight gain is caused by water because of the hormones in the medication.
I tried taking Loestrin Fe but under an older version called Loestrin Fe 1/20 and in the time I was on it I had a lot of problems with bleeding because of the way I was taking it.
