The mounting rings are the most difficult to install but if you get the same brand as another contributor wrote, you can use the old ones and install it faster than some contractors who will charge you 1 or 2 hours to install.

it shouldn't be too hard
I replaced mine a year ago
just check for physical size, hp, and electrical requirements.
I replaced mine with a same size unit and it took about 90 min
