A question was asked earlier about force feeding people that were on hunger strike.
Tonight, I force fed myself a whole Terry's Chocolate Orange to see what it would feel like.
I can confirm it was very painful

but it would be kinder if it was softer than a chocolate orange (how cruel would that be?)
melted chocolate would slide down easier - but what a mess if you had to insert it through the nose - ouch! imagine forcing a chocolate orange in that way..........
