I've already had two vaginal ultrasounds and I'm sure I'll have more to go! What's the norm with shaving down there?? That's the only place I am just natural (besides keeping the bikini line shaved).
I've had two male doctors now..and I'm just curious. Do they think it's gross when women don't shave down there? Or what do they think of that??

I'm wondering because I don't want to seem gross!! (I always worry about what others think of me...no matter who it is!!)
If I should be shaving for hygiene reasons I will.

No, they don't.
Contrary to popular belief, most women still don't shave their
pubic area, although many younger ones trim or shave 'the edges'.

Dude, truly dumb question. you at the prompt are not the purely guy contained in the international, and by no skill anybody feels a similar as you. Many female do not or you'll not also be asking that query. once you hit upon a lady who's of the same opinion with then you you actually gained't have something to ***** about. ok?

They are supposed to be professional at all times. Hair "down there" is natural, shaving is the unnatural thing to do.
I prefer it natural, and find it irritating as the hair grows back; kind of like you snuggling up to a guy that has not shaved for a few days.

Well I shave down there when I get my period because its easier to clean up but I think that ob/gyns look at so many vaginas, shaved and unshaved, they are like dolls. Like, no effect on them.

... you know, in todays day and age guys like it when girls are shaved.
I'll be honest i dont care. I shave everything but my head. if you shave down stairs it is cleaner and more hygentic.. just be careful if your going to do it for the first time.
use trimmers to clip the hair short then shave it off.
I one time forgot to shave in the shwoer before I saw my OBGYN and I was SOOO embarassed!! lol

No, they don't care. That's a personal choice on grooming, not a medical one on health. Keep in mind doctors are in the business or dealing with your medical condition, not anything else. If they were, they would have some ethics issues to address.
p.s. You might ask yourself why you care, unless you have some erotic fixation that needs to be addressed.

They don't care . They see all shapes and sizes they are happy when it is clean and smell free .So as long as you wash up they are happy .

I do not think they really care to be honest. As long as you are trimmed and clean. What matters is what you and your boyfriend like.

I dont know, but I think its gross. Men respond differently to "bush". I dont think they want to have to search for the cavity.............. You would not show your pits with hair on it, so why show it on your most personal place.
