Her appeal was denied but she'll get out through a work release program some time soon

I hope they get her out and soon. She needs to be home with her family. She needs to be home with her husband and her daughter summer and her son Danial. I want to see Phyllis out of that prison. So - i am hoping that victor will say what he was going to do and get Phyllis out of prison. She does not belong there. If it were not for brad and Nikki - she wouldn't have been there at all. Brad is the one who should have been there and not Phyllis. Brad has killed three or four people along the way to protect his identity. What phyllis did is child's play to what brad has done in his past. So - i am hopinhg she is out of that prision by the time the holidays start coming a round. This way she is home for the holidays with her family

I wish that evil conniving witch could rot there. I hate the character of Phyllis, and I could care less if she disappeared from the soap altogether. But of course, justice will not be served and she'll get out on a technicality. Such crap!!

I really want her tocome out because she is a very good actress and being in jail would give her less things to do in the soap, soif the director is reading this let her come out of jail.

I really hope so! It seems like they're all going to work as a team now to try and get her out. I hope they keep Michael as her lawyer! It's not his fault that she's in jail. He tried the hardest he could for her and he should get credit for that.

I am thinking no not right away, but that they will take the case to a the govenor, who happens to be a buddy of Victors, and he will put in a good word for her and that's how she will get out.

No she does NOT get out of jail...I live in Canada and see the episodes a day ahead of you guys and Micheal read the paper (fax) and it turns out she stays in jail. He tells her to not give up hope and that they will keep on trying..

Of course, she has so many privileges in prison, visitors at any time, they take messages for her. They will let her out so things can get back to normal :}
