I can't argue with that Thing. You would have to have been real high to vote for Kerry.

I can't believe how many partisan hacks there are on this site! How is it that Bush's approval ratings are like 28%, but like 80% of the answerers to this question love Bush. These spin monkeys need to get a clue.

There is absolutely no doubt that GWB is the worst president in history

Record budget deficit
Record national debt
Lied us to a war (that helped cause the two above), so his buddies can get stinking rich
Record trade deficit
Elimination of civil liberties (wire taps, habeas corpus, unPatriot Act)
Breaking the Geneva Convention
Extraordinatry Renditions
No Child Left Behind underfunded
Gasoline at Record highs
Forclosures of over 1.5 million homes in less than 1 year
The most middle class families to fall into poverty in 60 years
No action on global warming/the environment
Absolute incompetence or unethical behavior EVERY step of the way (hurricane Katrina, Rove implicated, Harriet Myers nominated, Gonzales implicated, Rumsfeld terminated, seems like he just surrounds himself with underexperienced yes-men and evil geniuses)
And that's just the tip of the iceberg....

That may be the reason you are unable to reason the question you are asking. All presidents go through the same kind of roughing up. If you think you are original by claiming Bush is out of his mind or the worst president you've ever seen..... You simply do not have enough experience to make that determination no matter how old you are. The worst presidents I can think of were Nixon and Carter. And, I know there will be more before I die, I hope!

the list is long and the delusion is deep wide and as yet untreatable. Any fleeting lucid moments that occur, are well obscured by the smoke and mirror of the delusion.

One word, very. That's why he's lost most of his support. It says something about your presidency when your own party turns their back on you.
