Hoo-boy, I have a bunch of them!
I was defrosting the top freezer in my fridge about 15 years ago, but the ice was melting so slowly I decided to help it along by prying it off.........with a Chef's knife.
Yep, I pierced the plastic and all the freon escaped. It took a while before I figured out what that hissing sound and funny smell were.......
I also picked at a dried Ramen noodle, which became jammed all the WAY under my fingernail, became infected, and caused a humiliating trip to the ER, where they had to remove the nail. These are probably the best of the bunch.

when I recently learnt how to drive, I started pestering my friends (who had cars) to let me drive their car. I did it purposely but I didnt realize it was stupid until later
