Since your brother asked you what he should be for Halloween, then you should tell him that you have the perfect costume for him this years, then tell him that you are going to dress him as as a girl & he's going to be your sister for Halloween.

Something unique. Go to a surplus store and make a Ghillie suit out of some old Bdu's and Burlap. Oh and also a nice large USMC flag =)

My son is 10 and he wants to be Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, or Jason for Halloween... I hope that helped.. Little boys always want to be something scary...

Well, it depends on what kind of things your brother is interested in. Does he like superheroes? Shop for those online. Does he like Pirates? Search for easy costumes. Or, if you don't want to buy a costume, you can make one yourself by searching for easy directions and other ideas online.

tell him to be a soilder very cheap and homemade get him a white t and rip it up put some brown make up (dirt) on his shirt or face or both as for pants army pant would do and a shirt covering his head maybe some scars (wal-mart)
