I would suggest no. I wouldn't even put one betta in a gallon tank. You could put two female bettas in a 5 gallon tank with hiding places.
It's much easier to keep a 5 gallon tank clean, than a 1 gallon, and your fish would be a lot happier.
I wouldn't put a filter in there either, because most filters are too strong for bettas. An bubble stone would produce oxygen, but they breathe air as well.
But once again I would suggest at least a 5 gallon with plenty of hiding places, a 1 gallon is too small for one betta in my opinion.

This Q is not serious or??
Well, the answer is simply no
If you want to keep more then 1 betta in a tank, you need at least a 10 gallon one, where you need to put at least 3 females, but you can put up to 5 of them in there
including 3 cory cats
But in a 1 gallon, there is hardly enough space for one, and 2 is never a good number, because one will dominate the other

Hope that helps
Good luck

can we keep two human girls in an unheated closet with no toilet?
no. you shouldn't even have one in that tank because bettas are tropical fish and should have a heater, and a filter is always a plus for any fish.
besides these reasons you shouldn't keep two female bettas at all because they aren't normally social fish. the only reason it works is because when you have more that 2 the violence is spread out to the point that there is a pecking order. and for this to work you should provide each female with 2 gallons.

No. The tank is too small....Even though female bettas arent as aggressive as males, doesnt mean they should be shoved in a small space. Give them space like any other fish.

Yes you can put to female betta in the tank. But you should ask the store how many gallons one fish needs. A female betta fish isnt aggresive like the male. They will be fine together.

with no filter. i would advise against it.
one fish in 1 gallon is pushing the bio-load so two females....
plus with two theres bound to be alittle aggression and the dominate female will usually pick on the weaker.
