Okay if you can't solve that, that means you're still in school so heres a math lesson.

A = Pi times R squared

That means

Area = 3.14 times Radius times Radius

[Okay I looked into your profile and it looks like you taking french? What kind of student can speak French but can't find te area of a circle? This isn't an insult its just that circles is like 6th grade stuff and French is 8th - College.]

A = π (2.25) ² mm ²
A = π (9/4) ² mm ²
A = 81π / 16 mm ²
A = 15.9 mm ²

Area of a circle=Pi r^2
=3.14 *(2.25)^2
=3.14x2.25x2.25
=15.90 sq mm(app)

3.141596 multiplied by 2.25, then the product multiplied by

The first two guys are wrong. It's 15.904.
2.25 squared times pi.

Area = 2.25 * 2.25 * 3.14
