Can lender get a deficinecy judgement on my primary residence?

I own2 properties and am going through foreclosure on one.

It depends on whether your mortgage is a "recourse" or "non-recourse" morgage.

If it is non-recourse, they can not go after you for the shortfall (if any) from your foreclosed home.

If it is a recourse mortgage, they can sue you for the shortfall.
