Either they don't have enough points yet to be free with them or they asked one and got the big O and decided to never ask another. If someone hasn't asked even One then it must be a second acct. in case they get suspended which is okay as long as you don't cheat.

I don't give it too much thought. I'm more of an answerer, myself-- sometimes I'll ask questions, only to find out they've been asked before. And in my experience, people don't usually respond nicely to questions that have been asked before.

Since they never ask a question I am prone to not think about them at all, for my effort goes into answering the people who ask questions, like yourself.....
