I would probably grab the doctor's clipboard and bang it over my head until I was back in the coma.

For a while I'd be shocked, especially that my loved ones really don't exist. That would probably put me into a depression. Also, when you wake from a coma, you sometimes know of your surroundings. Maybe you'd be thankful that you're back. Maybe you hate the life you dreamt of.
For me, I love my family, and I'd be very depressed. However, you lived a whole different life. Think of all the lessons you would have learned.
I guess I'd have to experience that situation before I can make a solid answer, know what I mean?

Having worked in the hospital and having seen people in comas, I have to say it is unlikely that you would have a firm and lucid recollection of any life memories, period. Being in a coma means there are injuries to your brain, its short and long term memories are shot. It takes a while, to return to operating capacity. So everything will be blurry .
The movies are more realistic with the awake from coma scenes, such as they have amnesia , dont recognize their closest relatives , have to relearn to walk, talk, use arms to eat etc.
Any family who would take the care of such a patient would have to be doing it out of pure love, since taking care of brain trauma victims take a lot out of a family's resources.
I think that I would have to be grateful for that when I slowly recuperate and remember the dream of having had a better life.
Then it would be "gotta get better so I can find work and we all can live in that happy dream I had" That must have been our collective futures.

How do you know that right now... you asking this question isn't just part of a deam that you are in the middle of.
How do you know that your life was gtrat, then you went into a coma and you began to believe that the coma is actually your dream... that prior to that you were alive and well... flip the question.

Well.. really picture yourself in the situation. If it were me, I'd probably doubt what they said. I'd question for about an hour (maybe more) about what is real and what's not. Then, once convinced, I'd just have to get into my new life. What else am I gonna do? My whole other life was fake.. wow that's got to be a horrible feeling.

I would find a way to put myself back into a coma because I have a pretty nice life.
By the way, you are a very creative kid so maybe you should start jotting these ideas down for a future novel (or movie).

First I'd want to verify that I wasn't being lied to. If it turned out to be true, then I'd simply keep on doing what I'm doing now, namely trying to make the best of the life I have.

I would try to recreate the dream life in reality.
I love the life I have and especially the people in my life.
I'd be absolutely grief-stricken without them.

I would escape from there and try to find my way back to where I was, if I could. I have a pretty sharp sense of direction.
