The only one that might possibly have a hint of truth might be the idea that Winston Churchill somehow "allowed" the German navy to sink the Lusitania. It seems like something he might have done to get the U.S. into World War I. I suspect Churchill did "allow" Coventry, England to be bombed by the Luftwaffe in WWII without giving the people a warning for the very good reason that a warning would have tipped off the Germans that the British were reading the enigma code. It was a matter of the greater good. Churchill as lord of the admiralty in the early years of WWI may well have felt that a submarine attack on an ocean liner carrying some Americans would be worth the loss if America would then come into the war with the Allies. Most probably Churchill did not do anything to make that attack in 1915 happen, but he may have been secretly happy that it did for political reasons.
Churchill was a consummate politician and pragmatist.

None - because conspiracy theories are, per se, irrational and cannot be explained in the way you suggest. Take the theory that 9/11 was caused by the American Government. Everyone of the so called 'points of evidence' put forward by the conspiracy theorists have been shown to be misconceived. Do that admit they may be wrong? No, they do not!
