I like Karlie Rae. That's a very pretty name. I'm not too sure about the hyphen in there though. I've never known any one with with a hyphenated name. It's definitely different, if that's what you're going for. As for a middle name, I could list a bunch of names but without having a last name to put with it to hear how it sounds, I'd be wasting my time and yours. See how family names sound as a middle name. Try a grandmothers name. Karlie Rae is more of a modern name and to put it with a traditional name might make a real pretty combination. Good luck and congratulations.

I think Karlie-Rae is best for a teen or a child. I can't imagine a mature professional with that name though to be honest.
What about just Karlie and Rae as a middle name. Then you can call her Karlie Rae, but she can just go with Karlie at school and later at work.
Other options:
Karlie Rachel
Charlotte Rachel
Karoline Rae
Karleen Rae
Carline Rachel
Karlissa Rae
Karlotta Rae
Good luck finding the perfect name, Karlie-Rae could suit the right person.
or something like that...

I am not a big fan of double names. I'd prefer Karlie Rae as a first and middle name instead. But the name itself is nice. I have a cousin named Karlie.
It's hard coming up with middle names that flow well with double names (that is part of the reason I am not a huge fan of them...) But how about:
Karlie-Rae Elise
Karlie-Rae Emmeline
Karlie-Rae Frances
Karlie-Rae Jillian
Karlie-Rae Morgan
Karlie-Rae Nicole
Karlie-Rae Olivia (this combo sounds beautiful together!)
Karlie-Rae Vivian
Karlie-Rae Victoria
Karlie-Rae Alexandra
Karlie-Rae Amanda
Karlie-Rae Augusta
Karlie-Rae Danielle
Karlie-Rae Delphine

Karlie-Rae is NOT a good name.
You could use Carly Rae, with Rae being the middle name.
Or to make it sound more adult-like, use a name like Caroline or Carla, and as she's a kid, you can call her Carly.
Good Luck!

Sorry, but no. I cannot picture anyone older than three with the given name "Karlie-Rae." Hyphenated and all? Just ... no.
Why not give her the option of a formal version. Caroline Rachel or Charlotte Lorraine, for example, could easily be called "Carly Rae" as a child, but she'd have a more mature choice should she ever want one (and it's likely she will).

sounds like she will be coming straight out of the deep south, not that anything is wrong with that, but that is the impression you will be giving people and she will live with that name for her whole life. I like the name Karlie but you should consider making Rae (Rachel) the first name.

Why don't you just name her Karlie Rae? I have a friend with a hyphenated name and she hates it. I'm an Ann Marie and I get called both Ann and Ann Marie, so just make it easier on the kid.
