where would i go to make my own fan club???

Forgive me...I had to chuckle. No offense meant. I hope you understand why though.
Actually THIS forum is a good place to begin. There is a segment of Q&A where people want to be contacts; and even fans. Certainly that depends on your answers given; and what is thought of them.
Obviously to become a celebrity might garner you fans; or do something like save the planet; or just a community center for the elderly.
Without at all knoiwng what you offer; to gather fans; or the size of the fan base you want; I suspect we won't be able to suggest much; that you might be OK with?
With all that said; is this a fan club you'd like to facilitate for another? Such as start a new Brittney fan club?
Start a simple web site/ blog page,,,even on yahoo 360.
