Should I pick up Ahman Green and drop E Graham.
Graham is my #3 back and A Green was dropped when he was injured but now he is not on the injury list and will probably get the majority of carries for Houston again.

Remember this is my back up and he will probably not be activated unless bye or injuries happen. Will Green be more consistent?

Green is facing the tough D of the Jags this week.
Should I snap him up or should I wait and see what Ernest can do against the Titans since he is the lead back for the Bucs?

Surely you have some other position you can drop. You need as many RB's on your roster as possible... especially with the injuries this year. Yes you should pick up Ahman Green.

Graham has actually been on the Tampa roster for 4 years now. So, it's not like he's an untested rookie. But, he's more of a fullback. Still, he has 175 yards and 3 TDs in the first 5 games. And, as the #1 back, he'll get twice or 3 times the carries per game as he has gotten earlier.

Green, in 3 games with Houston, has the same number of yards (averaging 75 a game when healthy), but has only 1 TD this year. Green is the starting back. But, he has only gotten 16 carries at most, even when healthy at the start of the year.

I think Graham will produce better than Green, who shares carries with Dayne and Gado, for at least a while (until Houston picks up someone to replace or spell Graham later in the year).

As a number 3 back, I would keep Graham. Let someone who is desperate pick up Green for their #1 or 2 RB.

I would wait a week, with his injury I dont think anyone will pick him up really quick, but overall he is a better RB than Graham.

See if he plays this week and how well he does. Or if you have RB's to spare and Graham is sitting on your BN then it might not be a bad choice to snap him up while you can.

Good Luck

ahman green is hurt that is a terrible idea. he is quistionable to play this week, even if he does you risk him taking one hit and being out the rest of the day. very high risk with ahman green. you must be in a league of like 20 people if there is no one else besides 3rd stringers and injured guys.
