The contents and index of your history textbook will supply you with the answers to your questions, but I doubt if you'll look there; that would require effort, and I suspect you are the sort of person who does as little as possible in any situation to just "get by, and cons others into doing the "heavy lifting " for you whenever possible. This won't get me "best answer'' but you need to hear it anyway! Life rewards effort.

preamble is the intro to the constitution, congress is made up of senate and house of representatives, house of reps. are made up of reps. from states elected by state voters, sorry I could go on forever but I have to go
