I believe it is the crocodile, it can have a 6 tons bite strength.

Trap-jaw ants bite with a force of over 300 times their own bodyweight, new high-speed digital images have shown.
Their jaws spring shut at more than 100 km/h (62mph) - the fastest recorded speed at which an animal can move its predatory body parts.
If these ants were scaled up to the equivalent size of any other animal, they would be much stronger.
A Trap-jaw ant the size of an alligator or crocodile would be able to bite clean through a steel girder faster than could be seen without specialist high-speed cameras.

American alligators, Alligator mississippiensis, have the most powerful bite force ever measured. According to a recent study published in the Journal of Zoology of London, alligators snap their strong jaws shut with a force of 2,125 pounds, or with about as much force as a mid-size sedan falling on top of someone.

I would say it's between a hyena, a crocodile and an alligator.
