You need to be asking your OB/GYN about these questions sweetie. All pregnancies are different, so no one can tell you what will happen until they examine you. Some triplet pregnancies go to term, some can be delivered naturally. Bearing triplets automatically puts you in the "high risk pregnancy" category. BTW, wait for an amniocentesis instead of letting the doctor take a CVS sample. It is worth waiting the extra weeks to have a less invasive procedure.

Triplet pregnancies vary a lot. Too many are born very premature while others can carry triplets to 38 weeks. It depends on a lot of factors, but do expect the babies to be premature.

Yes, you can deliver vaginally, but many doctors are very resistant to it. In CA, however, if all 3 babies are head down, that is the way they deliver. Extensive study by Kaiser-Permanente has shown that it is no more risky to vaginally deliver if all 3 heads are down.

You need more calories and since preeclampsia is a problem for multiples, consider following the Brewer Diet (you can do a search on google for it. My google isn't working today).

You should notice a bump by about 3 months if you are normal weight now.

I don't think Dr.s delivery triplets naturally, most likely a c section. You should start showing a little baby bump in the first trimester. I think 36 weeks is normal time for triplets to come

My friend had triplets when she was about 7 months along. It was a C-section. She started showing by 2-3 months.
