people without a license evidently haven't studied to take test or drove so poorly in the past that their license was revoked.
in both cases it shows YOU were negligent

You can sue anyone for anything. It is up to the judge to determine the merits of your case. If you were driving without a license, I really don't think you are going to get very far.

Think about it: if a burglar enters your house at night & trips over your cat, can he sue you for the injuries sustained?
