It's not very much, because the demands of the baby aren't very great yet. A woman's total blood volume increases overall by around 50% by the end of pregnancy. An average woman (non pregnant) contains about 4-5 liters depending on body size, so an increase of 50% would be an additional 2-2.5 liters for a total of 6-7.5 liters at full term. So, then if you accept that most of that is gained in the last half of pregnancy, a woman might gain a half liter or less in blood volume during the first trimester.

I'm not sure about first trimester but I read that by the time you give birth your blood volume has increased by 1.5 times normal.
