Behind Every Successful Man is a Woman?

Is it true that there is a woman behind every successful man because:

Women do not go after UNsuccessful men

I don't believe that behind every successful man is a woman. There are many successful men that don't have women.

I'll also add that some women do go after UNsuccessful men because of that crazy, pathetic desire we have to help.

I like to think that women provide loving encouragement and give a man confidence to be the best he can be at whatever he wants to do. My husband wanted to get into IT and I supported him through having a computer shop (which we knew wouldn't make much money in the area it was in) so that he could gain experience for his c.v.. He is now employed by a very successful IT company and although not brilliantly paid, he loves his work and is happy. To me, a happy chappy is a success. Money and position mean zot in my world.

Well if you are saying unsuccessful as in money then I believe if you are a person that is superficial and money is all that matter to you, then nothing would be successful because everything is false and it would fall apart. But if you are a true person who falls for a man for what he is, he and you will be successful in what ever you do, even money or job, or family.

I might agree that behind every successful man is a GOOD woman. Becasue, successful doesn't have to be just financially. Successful can just be with whatever you do and what your goals are. A good woman definitely is a asset to have on your side in love and life.

Most reformer and innovators and men who have really changed the world have had a wife. However, perhaps the two most influential people in world history did not have wives. One of them was a man by the name of Paul, who not only helped shape western culture and give-birth to modernism, but help spread the largest religion on earth and write two thirds of the New Testament of the Christian Bible. He was never married.

Though most "successful" people were married, many other were not. For most people however, staying single would be a bad choice and would lead to loneliness. Still, for others it's great.

I'm of the old school that a man needs to be strong and productive. But, I think that many of the greatest men in history have had women right there directing them and in many instances, pushing them with their feet in the male's rear orifice. So, just because history is written from primarily a male perspective doesn't mean that women are not influential.

well there are sum desperate women out there that go 4 any man and expect 4 the guy 2 do all the work than later find out that the dude cant support them

As you are saying successful are those above average and the rest are middle successful and bellow average successful. so do you think women are only with those successful, what about the rest are they with out women in their life beside them. are you and your friends successful to have a nice girl friend beside you
