I would just keep cleaning it with the alcohol wipes and not worry too much...
It may have just fallen off a day or so too early, which is fine.
as long as it doesn't start to puss or smell badly ...your good.
Just keep an eye on it.
if it doesn't heal within the next few days then it wont hurt to call the doctor.

it could also be an umbilical hernia which is nothing to worry about, but it would be pooched out if that were the case.
my son has an umbilical hernia and the doctor says it should go away on it's own ..........by the age of 4 he's 14mos now..

it looks like this:

if it did not bleed while the stump fell off, then you definately do not could do something, that's in basic terms a typical abdomen button now, it may look slightly uncooked for a whilst, yet basically shop it dry and it would be positive. If it does bleed or if it have been given pulled off by potential of the diaper or by potential of them or in spite of, stop putting alchohol on it, it's going to easily harm and could sell scarring. shop it clean and attempt to maintain the diaper folded down so the urine does irritate it. If it truly is an exceptionally large wound and that's actively bleeding, it may desire to require a bandage yet that's often unneccessary. Congratulations on your sort new toddler and her sort new abdomen button!

It shouldn't be pooched out a lot. Check with the pediatrician. How old was your baby when it fell off? My daughter was 8 days old.

That could be an umbilical hernia, but that isn't an emergency and they almost never require treatment. Just mention it at you next regular appointment.
