I always get mine when I don't want to. Like when I have something planned. Sucks don't it.

Tell me about it! In high school I got my period the day before prom! My second day is always the heaviest, too. I was so paranoid that I was going to bleed through my dress. Thankfully nothing that severe has happened to me. ::fingers crossed::
I've been on the pill for almost 6 years and I recently started skipping periods every other month by not taking the last week of pills. I love having the freedom to decide whether or not I'll be having a period this month. I talked to my doctor and he assured me that it's perfectly fine to skip periods this way.

I used to and it would aggravate me so bad. Anytime I would go on vacation Aunt Flo was sure to come along. Grrr. So I fixed her, I started the birth control called Seasonale and love it! I only have 4 periods a year and no symptoms at all. If you are on B.C. I would look into it. ITS WONDERFUL!!

Try to chart your periods to plan ahead. If you can't do that then get birth control where you have little to no period. Discuss this with your doctor. You can fix this problem.

i am not a girl but i do know that there is a new birth control pill that only lets you have up to 4 periods a year
i think that the company that makes that pill is galaxco smith

It always happens when I'm going on vacation for some reason....very difficult when the trip is to a water park and you have to wear a swimsuit all day...

i usually know when i get my period because i break out,
but one time,
i was giving a speech
and my period came unbeknowst to me and there was this huge spot on my pants for the rest of the day

yea sometimes, but its always starts on sat, i dont have to work... so i just stay home and drink hot tea or hot apple cider and take midol. then the next few days are not as bad, its just the 1st day uhhh ~ one sat. a month : P it sucks~

Someone said they Have a birth control pill that stops periods. I would ask for them but my folks would freak out.

i have been given mine once top on the day formerly we hit the nice and cozy springs. it quite sucked cuz i replaced into quite into exhibiting my acquaintances the thanks to swim. and provided that it replaced right into a school container vacation as a lot as washington, i neglected out thoroughly. and then i have been given it once throughout the time of finals week, which replaced into like the most stressful week of all. quite sucks. completely undesirable timing
