While I do not agree with socialized medicine, your conclusions have several gaps.

Socialized medicine as proposed does not convert private medical businesses to government entities. It creates a federally funded national heath insurance program.

By federal law (HIPPA) your doctor can only disclose medical information under very stringent rules. Additionally, they can only disclose the information that is needed based on the purpose of the disclosure.

First off, no democrat is asking for socialized medicine. They are asking for Universal Healthcare. Big Difference. Second, under universal healthcare, the government wouldn't get access to your medical information any more then they do now. So your question is moot.

Please tell me you're not serious. Please tell me you're not trying to suggest that Republicans will do a better job of protecting my rights than Democrats. Because they certainly haven't done a very good job so far.

And by-the-way, not every Democrat is a pot-smoking hippie. Some of us are turning to the Democratic party for protection because we see Republicans selling us into indentured servitude to oil and insurance companies.

Nope. i don't pay plenty interest to the Tea celebration protestors. Their message seems hypocritical. They oppose government intervention, yet they criticize government for not doing extra to create jobs. The District of Columbia unquestionably isn't in Virginian. The District of Columbia isn't area of any state. (it is contained in the form in case you do not have faith me). Dems do not hate usa. They love usa. it extremely is why they attempt so problematic to repair American issues. they do only not share your narrow-minded view of what usa is. according to hazard you may pass away in case you don't like it. we've tried to be bipartisan yet Republicans refuse to compromise. it is glaring who the genuine haters are.

Darn those Democrats for interfering in my ability to smoke illegal drugs. Duh...what's next? They're going to stop me from knocking off convenience stores!

Seriously...doctor/patient privilege will not allow hospitals to share your health data with the government.

Stop being Chicken Little and panicking yourself with your own made-up non-facts.

i do not believe this will happen any more than it already does. it may happen now if you have insurance and the doctor is more scared of the carrier than you.
