Hang a car tire from a tree limb with a rope. Hit the tire with the bat a few hundred times each day. You must start with just a few times and as your strength builds, increase as much as possible. You must put all you have behind each swing for it to be effective.

For instant longer distance Check your Grip. Also ask for advice on the correct size bat. There is several batting trainer products that you can get to help, Repetative swing practice is a good idea. In the longer term start to increase your arm strength. Baseball players have only recently begun to lify weights. This is actually the single biggest known increase in the larger number of homeruns being hit no as appossed to pre 1980's.. Do not consider HGH or steriods as several of the morons on this board have suggested.. These poeple are human experiments and will pay a price.. Ask Lyle Alzado about that.. Actually you will have to ask his family since he pre maturly died most likely from the use of steriods..

all these other questions are alright.

The real power in hitting the ball comes from the Grip.

If you have noticed all of the pros have huge for-arms.

get a stress ball and squeeze it all day at work or at school. or at home watching a movie.

your forarms will get much stronger and you will be able to hit the ball farther for sure.

Try hitting out at the boxing bag till your knuckles turn white

Do the full back to front force to knock on the bag.

This should help you pick up speed and a direct shot.

curls, try to strengthen your wrists and forearms, but most importantly work oon your legs because that is really where the drive comes from, but lots of time in the batting cage working on your timing does not hurt a bit.
