does anyone know their email, its not anywhere on the site

You could try clicking on their 'Help' section. Go to FAQs and look right down the list. If you click on a specific question and don't see the answer you're looking for, you should come across a 'Contact Us' link ... hopefully, if you stick at it!!!

I have been doing this very thing for the past 2wks. Why? Firstly, all 'My Videos' default thumbnails had vanished into empty boxes! You Tube sent a stereotyped reply (twice!) with help links for me to click on ... Useless, of course!

Then, the thumbnail (You Tube selected) for my latest uploaded video was nothing but a box with a blue colour! I contacted them, in the way I've suggested to you, and I got no less than 5 identical stereotyped replies from them ... with the same links to click on, but of course!!!

Try what I suggested and maybe you'll hit the jackpot! If not, go with the first answer by all means!!!
