I am sorry, but by the question you are being picky. Being picky means prejudice, prejudice means racist.
I you were not seeing people of different colors, you would not be asking this question. I really think that you believe you are NOT being racist, but look at the question! If you were open to every race there wouldn't be preferences. You are quoting groups you like, chinese etc. that means there are groups that you DON'T like. My feelings are that you really don't know what the word RACISTS means, and you think that you are not in that category. Sorry, but looking at color and race you are being RACIST. Don't look at different races, different color, look at PEOOPLE as a whole.

I don't think it's racist to say that you're attracted to a certain appearance or set of physical traits over another. What if I said I only dated tall men? Is there anything wrong with that?
It would be racist if you said you didn't date a certain race because you believe they all behave a certain way. Racism is defined as the belief that skin color is a determining factor in a person's traits, and the belief in one race's inherent superiority over all others.
Attraction is very important in a relationship, and it's not racist or shallow or anything like that to have certain physical traits that you're attracted to.Saying you find Asian women more attractive than Russian women, for example, isn't really racist it's personal preference. I personally wouldn't exclude any "race" automatically, because I find many different appearances attractive. Personality is very important too:-)
I'm dating a black man right now, and I've dated white, middle-eastern, and Native men in the past. If there is type of person I would have to exclude, I have to say I'm really not attracted to white men who shave their heads bald. I'm not talking about skinheads, but bald white men. For some reason bald black men are attractive - my bf right now has his head shaved and I love it! But something about bald white men....
Oh well, there are no rules of attraction. It really doesn't have to make sense :-)

I don't think I could say that I would never date any particular race but the only race I haven't dated and am unlikely to date are East Indians. Actually, I shouldn't say race becasue they're Asian and I've dated Asians but you know what I mean.

I think I can honestly say I have at some point been attracted to at least one person of every race - although I don't like to and don't really know how to define race, but I'll say black, white, Arab, Asian (Indian/Chinese), Latino etc
I guess I'm most attracted to Arab and Latino guys but it's not always about looks.

Usually I don't take race boundaries in my relationships, I think there are personal characteristics that make me not to be attracted by a guy.

I cannot think of a single race or ethnicity that I wouldn't date. I love men and all the varieties they come in.

I have to say, I am in love with black-men. I think they are the most beautiful of all the human male-species.
I have done the inter-ethnic dating thing with white men, there has been some attraction, but I just prefer black-men.
I probably wouldn't date Asian, never had any kind of attraction, but you never know!
Peace!

being a GREAT Star Trek fan, I would still nevertheless NEVER date a Ferengi, A Cardassian, or a Klingon. Hope that is not being racist.

I'm attracted to every race... as long as they're cute. Doesn't matter to me.

That (in my opinion) is a form of racism. All races have both attractive and unattractive people, you can't lump them together like that.
