I used to when we first met, and tried making each one amusing and loving. I'd go to great lengths to use up all the letters available, adding an extra "x" at the end if I really needed to, but after sending more than 800 she moved in with me.
We rarely text anymore, and hardly speak on the phone, unless I am away working, but at home we never stop talking and laughing.
We don't see the point in sending "I luv u" as a text, but the odd suprise, particularly if suggestive, can nowadays on occasion be fun.

I used to. I would send cute sexy stuff, but then sometimes he wouldn't get them right away until like days later. And then it hit me, that his phone is his work phone and I would be sooooo embarrassed if his boss got a hold of that stuff.
Right now I'm pregnant and sometimes I will call him out of the blue and tell him that the baby said for me to call to see how he's doing. Our conversations are super fast because he's usually real busy, but it's still nice to hear his voice..........................unless he's p-ssed me off real bad and then neither baby or I will call. ;o)

I prefer actually calling them. Texting isn't as fun. How are you supposed to get turned on by text?

Hate it. It's so impersonal. if you have time to text, you have time to pick up the phone, even if it's only to say I love you.
