Yahoo fixed mine after I sent in a Yahoo! 360 help form. Not only does my 360 avatar now work, my Yahoo! Answers avatar works also. Here is a link for you to use:

I HATE FLICKR!!
I didn't know that Yahoo was dumping all their pics and so I lost all of mine and Flicker sucks!! I'm SO pissed!
