And a lawyer? For an undoubtedly outdated computer? Its just not worth it. Hit up a couple pawn shops and shell out $300 or so for a better computer than you had to start with.

call the police and have them escort you to their house
and confiscate the computer, Make sure you have your
receipt that proofs it is yours.
