The best thing is to keep it to yourself, For example if you ask a Sikh what he is seeking. They carry daggers you know. Or go to Chinatown and inquire why "?Chinamen*" are crappy drivers. Or call the Arabs "?Towelheads*" might not go over so well. Or go up to an "?******* Big Indian*" and ask him if he is with the F.B.I, Then there are the Black people Use the "N" word and the fight is on! No meowing when dinner is served at the Vietnamese restaurant, finally there Polish, Italtian, German, British, French, Irish,Russian, jokes which should be told out loud in a restaurant. Unless you want the fight to be on! So if you are Racist in some way Don't say it unless you want to start a fight, Look what happened to "Kramer" of Seinfeld. He is done like dinner.
My answer is it is best to Keep it quiet.

I believe in this dynamic world there is freedom of speech, your expressions, feelings and observations should not be shrouded or enveloped by any reasons rather a clear thoughts and point of view should be in public so that the differences, limitation and if there is any preferences, usurpation, rights of the people, its legal or non lgeal status, from any point of view should be publicised and be entertained. It should be addressed, attended and corrected if the society or the community has been surrounded by class conflict, race, color, culture, cast, creed etc. It should be addressed by any one who feels in individual capaicty or even at governement level.
Dont see the religion, cast creed culture or race, first see that we are human being and every body has a right to live and should not be usurped and be victimized of any prejudices.
It is we who have creaed these boundries basically we have been created by God and divided ourself. Rather even the world has been bifrucated into such as new world, third world, developed world. The world is one where we all dwell and it has been inhabited with every one. So cast, creed, culture or any sort of racisims has been generated by us otherwise the color of blood is the same.
Dont keep your observation hidden, open it and public it so that it can be corrected or rectified. Ways and means should come out with concrete solution and in a prafmatic way it should be resolved. If the reason is being hidden then after some time it wil be errupted with more explosion which will be more embarrassing for all us, if tthe prejudices is not noticed at its initial stage.

I do this all the time.
I don't consider myself prejudiced, but feel I sometimes need someone to bounce my ideas off of to keep myself in check. What I express are not judgements but mostly just observations. I would never indicate I believed every person of a paticular race was a certain way.
Most of the time people tend to confirm my observations.

''If you were predudiced against another race, would you openly express your views to others or keep it to yourself?''
hmm well my mom already says i ''talk too much.'' i just like to speak my mind about what i think or see. no need for hiding it. i'm not racisr or predudice but if i were it woulld be rude just to start blurting out rants and raves for your own bitter reasons.
Man, people who are prejudice mostly keep it to themselves. it doesn't come out until they are behind closed doors(or on the computer)
a racist would not say half the things they say to Anyones face, especially a blacks persons. they'd get the sh*t beat out of them!!!

Being prejudiced and racist are not the same thing, in my mind. Everyone has prejudice, ingrained by society, be it race-based, sex-based, orientation-based, or all three. I think people try to avoid being perceived as prejudiced, except for the racist. A prejudiced person might not HATE someone in the category against which they are prejudiced, but they'd have stereotypes or stigmas about them.
If I were racist I'd keep it to myself.

I would not generalize... I would stick to specific experiences with that particular race when discussing my opinion..... and I would meet each new person of that race with a clean slate... the same as I try not to bring my baggage from a past relationship into a new one... I would soul search to try to find out if my prejudice was part of my upbringing and try to unlearn the damaging "reflexes" against that race that I was taught... and I would admit that my prejudice is a problem and try to correct it...

Are the people in the other race gay? Why is this in the gay section? I would probably express my views to my closest friends but that's it.

That is a good question. I don't really think I have any prejudices due to race...but I would likely keep it to myself. I certainly wouldn't act on it
