There is nothing in the constitution that prohibits this, so therefore yes, it is possible.

bill could be her running mate , but it wont happen. the 22ND amendment doesn't say anything about VP but I'm sure it would end up in court

The 22nd Amendment
Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

Section. 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.

if something happened to her then it should just Skip him and go to the speaker , but if it happens with less than 2 years left he could do it , but that is why it would end up in court

Bill can't, but Robert Dole can. According to the 22nd Admendment to The Constitution, once a person has been elected as President or Vice President twice, he can no longer serve in either capacity. Bill served his two terms, Dole only serve one.

The 22nd amendment prohibits anyone who has held the office of president from later becoming vice president.

I suppose the Doles could do it since neither of them has been president before, but they would have to win a party's nomination and an election.

Can't people understand that Bill CAN NOT be the VP? If Hillary was killed, Bill would be president. That's unconstitutional since he already was president for 8 LONG years.

I think that, to date, Hillary Clinton has intimated that she plans on having her husband, the former President, act as an overseas ambassador.
