I like being with my family, without them I would be so sad. I also have to throw in the fact that I love the food:)

The best part is the quality family time spent with loved ones.
I love seeing my children and family open their parcels.
Also love cooking and eating the Christmas dinner with all the family.
Having family and friends round during the festive break.
I also love the spirit of Christmas too (often lost today in commercialisation).
I love the sparkly decorations and the general magical feeling you get at Christmas.
Love sending and receiving Christmas cards.
Am off to Lapland in December too this year so am also very excited about that too.

The atmosphere, because through December, it just feels 'magical.' When I say atmosphere, I mean everything: the decorations, the snow, the love and the happiness. Heck, there's nothing I DON'T like about Christmas! I'm counting down the days already. Happy Christmas everyone!

I like to be with my family even though i work in the tourist trade so i don't get Christmas Day off. I celebrate with my husband who is Coptic Christian and we celebrate Christmas Day on the 7th Jan so we can have the day off then. Thinking about going away or for Christmas Dinner think about those that are serving you checking you in cleaning your room. Lots of us in the industry take Christmas in turn.

The presents and when all the family get together.
Also if it snows but it never does, does it! I wish that one christmas day it will snow, that will make it a very special magical christmas.

i like that everything seems to stop for just a few days. people seem nicer and kinder, houses seem warmer and more inviting. i love scarves and gloves, and snow and clear starry skies. mostly i love that no matter how old and cynical we get, a little part of us still remembers how christmas made us feel as a child, when everything was simple and magical, and father christmas existed.

The lights, the decorations, family, tradition and up until a couple of years ago, presents. But then I ran out of space so I'm not so bothered any more now!

shopping for gifts I love seeing all the decorative lights in town and Christmas trees I love the whole atmosphere of Christmas the giving and receiving of gifts but most of all I love when all my family get together for Christmas dinner its the one day we are all guaranteed to be together
