personally i'd like to see an police office with all the criminal stuff done by heels and faces in kayfabe it'd be perfect for someone to try and stop them but enough about me what kind of gimmick would you want

Halloween is coming how about some classic Frankenstein, Mummy, Dracula, and Witch gimmicks.
hmmmmm......Cyber Sunday - how about a computer nerd gimmick.
hmmmmmm.......how about a guy that is defiant towards the boss of the company and overcomes ridiculous odds over and over again despite the boss' best efforts. And dang it makes him angry.
Or...........another guy to compete for major titles but can't speak the english language.
or a tag team that has a name other than the last names of the guys in it......NO, now that one is stupid.

Your idea connects quite well with Cryme Time (the victims), and maybe with Chuck Palumbo (victim too) since he builds custom bikes and the police crew would want to make a verification.
The best part is that these police officiers can give a legitimate reason to interfere continuously in any segment ("one minute please sir, we are just doing a security lookup"). By that occasion their background could be as simple as: after a title win, one particular wrestler starts to fear for his security and hires four officiers, but three months later they end up looking after every other wrestler (because of their excessive zeal).
And it would be fine i guess if the police crew had many secret weapons, like nets and sting guns to take down the criminals. Ultimately they could feud with a big gang of bikers which would have appeared during that time, on the the other brand (for instance Smackdown if the police men are on raw). And of course 4 on 1 feud with Big Daddy V would be pretty cool. :)

That would be good. I want to see like a huge bad @$$ guy that is totaly ripped and carries around a steel sledge hammer with chains on the end to stranggle people.
