I am not talking about subway! I am talking about McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's. Leave subway out of your answer.
Which fast food restaurant is the least bad for you?
(such as the least fatty, the less likely to give you cancer, the one that has less chemicals, etc.)
oh.... and which one has had the least amount of idiots spitting in your food, throwing your burgers on the floor, etc (if anyone knows)

Dining Out

Wendy's uses fresh vegetables and meat, and their food isnt too greasy. this is most likely less fatty... and certainly will not give you cancer. Mcdonalds (really extremely un-healthy) is not exactly a smart choice... it is just dripping with fats and oils.. HEART ATTACKS TOO!burgerking is even worse! its dirty.. its sloppy... and its skimpy. if you're going to dine out wendy's would be your best choice!

i myself consider subway to be fast food but whatever. In n Out is good but they don't have those everywhere. Wendy's is supposedly all fresh meat never frozen, but I think it's still really fatty. I guess they all kind of are. I can't really tell you the best. But I can tell you the worst. McDonald's and Jack in the Box have the lowest quality, fattiest food. Taco Bell isn't totally fatty but it's low quality. Whataburger and Hardee's (or Carl's Junior in some places) make some pretty good food, I don't know how fattening it is but it doesn't taste too fatty or greasy. In any case, every fast food restaurant has to have the nutrition facts written on the wall. Haven't oyu ever seen "supersize me"?

If you referring strictly to burger joints, Wendy's actually has the least amount of salt and fat in their food, while BK, Carl's Jr. and McD's contain the most. Arby's isn't too bad but their food contains massive amounts of sodium, so make sure to limit it or drink water with their meals.

In n out because everything is fresh, they don't have freezers. I've also read that bean burritoes from taco bell are the best option for fast food.

all of them are terrible, but i guess burger king cause they grill instead of fry their burgers. also all places will do crap to ur food. they are minimum wage teenagers who dont give a crap. at subway we used to have 10 day old tuna and still serve it :)

Whataburger! And Taco Bell. My son worked at all of them. He says those are the only two places he can bear to eat, now. I take his word for it! Those two are where I go. }:>
