ever since i've had my period (6 years),
i've been having this white discharge coming out of me.

its a solid white fluid that comes out and its sometimes lumpy

This discharge comes out all of the time, except when i'm on my period.

Theres no itching, bumps, or redness
and theres a small odor and it keeps getting worse the older i get, but it's nothing outragous

I know this isn't dangerous, i know its not a yeast infection
because: ive had this for years
and trust me, i know what a yeast infection is.

i am sexually active, but this has been happening before i even started having sex.

I just want to know how to get rid of it.
I'm tired of wearing panty liners and changing my underwear CONSTANTLY.

also, it's embarrasing when someone does my laundry, or when my boyfriend tries to take off my underwear.

its sort of embarrassing.
any advice helps and please, i am human and i cannot help this, so no mean comments please

You can't and SHOULDN'T try to get rid of it. You need discharge. It keeps the vagina healthy.

Discharge like that is normal. Just make sure to keep clean down there and change your panty liner if it starts to get too wet.

Whoever does your laundry needs to understand that this is normal and healthy for a woman. As for your boyfriend, talk to him. At this point, I would assume he knows at least something about these things, and being open with him will make things more comfortable for both of you.

You can't stop it. That's just the way your discharge is. Everyone has discharge like that on their underwear/pantyliner. No need to be embarassed.

It's normal. But if changes color or it has an odor, you should see a doctor.
