i'm not sure you're asking the question correctly.

a suspension will look opaque (will scatter light)

a suspension can be filterred or centrifuged to remove the solid.

a true solution will be clear

Filter or centrifuge out the suspended substance(s) and then check the boiling or freezing point of the solvent liquid. If elevated or depressed, respectively, then you have a solution of one or more substances.
