The Hills Have Eyes was up there for me.
I gotta hand it to Lucifer also. Requiem for a Dream was a VERY f*cked up movie.

Its not really disturbing, but Requiem for a Dream was pretty dark, when everything just goes downhill for all the characters, pretty crazy.

Hostel definitely is the most disturbing movie i have ever seen. ugh. just thinking of it gives me shivers.

Casino grossed me out, although I know there are far worse.

beyond the limit.... evil dead 2.... chucky.....the thing (80's remake)....reanimator.. driller killer....die screaming with sharp things in your head...irreversable.. to name a few
