It's hard to say who is the best lover but capricorn will definatly be one of the best! Capricorn even is better then scorpio! Scorpios are insanely jealous and many are unfaithful. Also a lot of scorpios will hold a grudge on their lover for a long time and with hold sex or cheat! A lot of scorpios are crazy!!! Capricorns do what needs to be done.
