No, anal sex won't make your butt bigger.
Apart from muscle, fat makes up the rest. Want a bigger butt? Get fatter. Unfortunately teh rest of you will get fatter at the same time....
You could always try building up the muscles in your *** by weight training.

the position, however, could be under a judgement to whether it anticipates in workingout the cheeks and hips during the fun action.

I would imgaine that the woman's rectal "hole" would be able to get "wider". Not the butt itself however. If anything I would think it make it flatter if your having really hard anal sex. So remember to do your butt flinching!
