The judge would disallow it unless the caller could put forward some credible reason why she would have any information that related to the purpose of the inquest. Not proof of it, just a credible reason. But wild accusations and conspiracy allegations would simply not cut it, and that would apply equally whether they were against the Queen, or against some other woman that the court had never heard of before.
