I've never tried, but I can make a kick@ss coconut cake! (secret family recipe) I can make a Million Dollar Pie though. It's good and has coconut in it.

Yes, I can make a coconut pie
and I usually put meringue
on the top with finely grated coconut.
I like to make my coconut pies
with fresh coconut and
put it in a flour crust rather than
a graham cracker crust.
Mainly, because I do not like "ice box"
pies made with condensed milk.
It's probably just me,
but I want to taste coconut,
not sweetened milk.

take some instant vanilla pudding and make it using the pie directions and add coconut. Top with cool whip and sprinkle coconut on top. Chill
That is the quick version.
Oh yeah, don't forget to buy a ready made crust to put it in.

Yes. It's just like a banana creme pie, except not as much work! Substitute coconut for sliced bananas. Viola! (I don't like coconut, but my bestest buddy in the whole world is a banana creme pie NUT!) The receipe gives you the possible ingredients. }:>

I think I made one once, cool whip, crushed pineapple, and coconut mixed together and frozen in a pie crust. I didn't like it much but I got compliments on it for weeks

yup, its super good. although i like to add toasted coconut on top and shaved milk chocolate.
